Where can you pick up my luggage?

We can pick up your luggage anywhere, such as your home, office, hotel, golf club, school etc. Our shipping network enable us to pick up from over 220 countries around the world.

When you can pick up my luggage?

Except main holiday and Sunday, we can pick up any date you scheduled. We usually need 2-3 hours window time for regular pick up. If you request shipment for urgent, you can also drop off luggage.

How to arrange a pickup?

Choose the best pickup date for you during the booking procedure. If you want to make any change of the pickup date, you can edit order online or call us directly.

Do I need to be home for pickup?

No, you can leave your luggage at anywhere we can access. Simply leave a message during the booking to indicate where you are going to leave your luggage at. You even don`t need to show up for the pickup.

What if I couldn`t wait for the pickup?

Take it easy, you can drop off your luggage at any of our drop off locations. There are more than 25000 drop off location all over the world. We can locate the nearest one for you.
