What delivery date should I choose?

We suggest our customer to choose the delivery date one day before their arriving date. This will ensure your luggage is waiting for you at your hotel with everything you need.

Will my luggage arrive on time?

Can I have the bags arrived earlier than my hotel check in time?

Yes. Most hotels allow guests to send their luggage in advance and we recommend customers to do so. Please inform your hotel in advance for your luggage arrival.

How long will it take my luggage to get to its destination?

Delivery time depends on the destination and the service type you choose. Domestic shipment usually takes one to five days. International shipment would arrive with three to nine days.
